Returns

FY Zoe is committed to making your shopping experience a success.

You can apply for a return or an exchange within 30 days after receiving the item.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

All of the products in our store are available for return, including the sale or low stock items. The returned items will be shipped back to our warehouse.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please do send us the tracking number after you ship back the item. We can't guarantee we will receive it without the tracking number.

To be eligible for a return,  your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please always contact us first at support@fyzoeshoe.com for exchange or return. Do Not send the shoes back to the shipping address on the package.

Items are not available for a refund under these conditions.

  • The orders with rejection of cargo by receivers for any reason including unpaid duty or tax are not refundable.
  • The orders failed to be delivered due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the receiver are not refundable. 

Order cancellation

A customer can cancel an order during the first 60 minutes after purchase. Customer cancellation will be reflected as a refund during the next 48 hours, depend a lot on the customer bank. 

An order cannot be canceled after 1 hour. If a customer requests a cancellation, our team will do all possible, however, we are not obligated to do it. On this case, the customer will have to wait to receive the product and make a return under our return policy.
