We offer free shipping for every order, duties and taxes unpaid.

Delivery Time:

Note: The delivery can be delayed upto 30 days during Covid-19.

  • USA/AU/FR/SP - 12-19 business days 
  • DE/UK/IT/BE/CA - 19-39 business days to arrive. 
  • Rest of the World: 25-45 business days. 

Processing time of an order: 1-10 business days. （Usually we need longer processing time than other companies because our shoes are handcrafted. And for most styles, shoe sizes above size 8.5 are order to make.)

Note: Processing time refers to the time that an order needs to be packed, labeled and delivered to the carrier for transportation.

Delivery times can increase due to unexpected delays caused by Holidays, bad weather or other factors.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number to your registered email.

Change Of Shipping Address:

  • If you have filled out the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct address before the shipment of your order and we will arrange it accordingly without any additional charges.
  • If the package is already on the way, we will not be able to help you change the shipping address. You can contact the shipping company directly to change your shipping address.
  • For any surcharges occurred upon the change of shipping address during the shipment, they must be rendered by the customer.

Note for taxes:

For most of the countries, people do not need to pay for import fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

FY Zoe ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by the buyer in order for your package to clear customs.

We are excited to offer international shipping for free for most destinations in the world. If you want the order to arrive you earlier, you can contact us.
